Thank You to everyone who entered this give away!
Random Org has picked the winner:

CONGRATULATIONS
GRACIE!!

Please check back later today for a new give away!!

*********************************************

Redd Hynes is an amazing jewelry shop on Etsy. She lives in Ottawa, Canada, and has been on Etsy since June '07. Redd has wonderful necklaces, earrings etc. and now she also carries lip balm (can never have too many!) Redd has another shop on etsy that carries her crocheted items: Dame Named Redd. She also has a BLOG.

How did you decide on your shop name?
I don't honestly know where it came from, it just came to me one day when I was planning my first shop opening. My second shop was the same idea. It just popped into my head and was perfect!

When did you start crafting?
I have done some sort of craft my whole life. I used to take drawing classes as a wee dame and I did cross stitch for a while in elementary school. My mom is very crafty, as was my grandmother, so I came by it quite honestly.

Are there other crafts you would like to try?
I just recently took up spinning my own wool this month and playing with polymer clay this past January. I am always looking for new things to try my hand at. When my son gets much older I may dip into resin as it seems so awesome!

What or who inspires you?
At the moment, it's yarn. I look at yarn and it tells me what to make. I always have a million ideas swirling through my head. I also get inspired by simply sitting in my studio and seeing what comes to me with jewelry ideas.

Do you have a day job?
I'm a stay at home mom to my crazy 3 year old son, Ash.

What is the item in your shop you enjoyed making the most and why?
My Nom Nom Nom Balm! I am a lip balm fanatic. I used to buy so much of the stuff. Then one day I decided to take a crack at making my own. It was fabulous! Before too long I had 20 different flavours to chose from and now I am never without any!

Redd is offering the following set of earrings as the Give Away Prize!! Tres Geek Chic Earrings! Hand drawn on Shrinky Dink shrink plastic with Prismacolor pencil crayons and then given a coat of spray sealant. These earrings are 1.25" (3cm) from the top of the silver plated french hook. The charm itself is a tiny .5" (1.2cm).

Twenty Second Street Give Away July 18-25

AND THE WINNER IS:
CONGRATULATIONS AMANDA!!
Twenty Second Street is the cutest shop!! I really wish I had a baby to buy some booties for. These are amazing! Edith has had her shop on Etsy for one year now. She resides in Ontario, Canada.

How did you decide on Shop name?
When I joined Etsy a year ago, this was one of my challenges. Finally, my son who was helping me get set up suggested using our street name. That clicked with me and has been a very successful choice.

When did you start crafting?
I have been making things as long as I can remember. My mom had us making doll clothes, embroidering, knitting, etc. from a very young age.

Favorite creative outlet?
Probably quilting

Other crafts you would like to try?
So many ideas, so little time---- I would like to try smocking sometime.

What or who inspires you?
My husband and family are very supportive of my crafts ( and my mess)!!
My customers at Craft shows and on Etsy give me good ideas of things to try, some have been very successful!!

Do you have a day job?
Not anymore. I am a retired registered nurse.

What item in your shop did you most enjoy making, and why?
Not one specific, I love having a crochet hook in my hand so whatever I am making at the time is my favorite!

Edith is offering WINNER'S CHOICE OF BOOTIES as the prize for her give away!! (I decided to show a picture of these because they are my favorite!) These cute booties are crocheted from washable acrylic yarn. These adorable little shoes come in many styles for both boy and girl babies. These include cowboy booties, MaryJane shoes, hi-top sneakers, sneakers with socks, crocs, and saddle shoes. A unique gift for a baby shower or for your own little one!!

Snazz Give Away! July 11-18

Random Generator picked #42!!
AND THE WINNER IS:
PRIM2PINK!!
CONGRATULATIONS!
New Give Away starting later today!

Snazz
is a wonderful children's shop on Etsy! Michele has the cutest headbands, hats, bibs, aprons, dresses etc. I did notice that some of her hats, aprons and headscraves are adult size. She is from Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada! Also take time to check out her Blog .

How did you decide on your shop name?
I chose the name snazz as a fun way to describe what I want my creations to be. Each piece of snazz is meant to bring color and fun to the mundane and never takes itself too seriously. (like me)

When did you start sewing and who taught you how to sew?
I HATED sewing for a great many years. I never finished my home ec sewing projects in school and felt nothing but anger and frustration towards the whole endeavor. When I found myself about to start a family and living in my first "real" house I decided I wanted to make some window coverings. I bought a sewing machine and haven't stopped sewing since.

Are there other crafts you would like to try?
I would love to try to knit and crochet someday. (But not yet)

What or who inspires you?
I am inspired by beautiful fabrics. Since joining etsy, I have discovered so many different designers that I had never seen before. I also am growing increasingly obssessed with Japanese fabrics.

Do you have a day job?
I am a stay at home mom with two boys ( ages 6 and 8). Sewing is very much an oasis of creativity that I enjoy while they are at school.

What is the item in your shop you enjoyed making the most and why?
I am really having fun with hats these days. They are such a fun way to show your individuality. Some people are afraid of wearing hats. I really think that anyone can wear them. You just need to find the right one for you.

And now for the Give Away!!
Michele has made this amazing Strawberries and Sweets headband just for this give away! This headband is suitable for women and girls alike. It is machine washable and reversible with two great sides to choose from. One side is a lovely pink twill fabric with embroidered strawberries and the other a cotton print with delicious cupcakes. The headband fastens together with two red ribbon ties.

Ji Ji KIKI Give Away

I used Random.org to pic the winner of Emma's beautiful necklace. If anyone knows how to copy and paste a picture of the random.org number generator - please let me know!
AND THE WINNER IS:
ARLENE HARRISON!!
Congratulations Arlene!!

Please check back this afternoon for the beginning of another wonderful give away!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Emma resides in Somerset, UK and had am amazing jewelry shop: Ji Ji KiKi. Emma is offering a 15% discount to anyone entering this give away. Just use this code during check out: AGA15!! Please check out her shop and enter the give away at the bottom of the post.
How did you decide on your shop name?
My shop is called Ji Ji Kiki. I'm a big fan of anime films, and it's named after two characters in a Studio Ghibli film, 'Kiki's Delivery Service'
When did you start crafting?
I've only been making things to sell since last year, but I have always been creating things. I used to write a lot of stories when I was younger and I love to draw and paint. I also like to do photography in my spare time-my granddad was a keen photographer and I inherited all of his old cameras-I love the different effects that each one produces and that the pictures have little quirks and imperfections that you obviously don't get from modern digital cameras.
Are there other crafts you would like to try?
Loads! I'd like to try other methods of jewellery making, such as working with silver, resin or shrink plastic, which I loved using as a kid. I'd also like to try making jewellery from Fimo but I don't know whether I'd have the patience!
I love coming up with ideas and patterns for dresses, but the sewing machine seems to have a personal vendetta against me and I just end up tangling the thread around everything!
While I was at uni I did a basic 35mm black and white photography course which I would like to get back into when I can find the time.
What or who inspires you?
My inspiration comes from all over the place-films, books, nature, dreams. I studied history at university and really love the Victorian, Art Deco and Art Nouveau periods as the jewellery is just gorgeous so I guess that plays a part as well.
Do you have a day job?
This is my day job! I'm really lucky in that I have a very supportive boyfriend who also does all of the website side of things for me.
I love the freedom of it being my only job as I get out as much as I put in to it, so if I don't feel like doing much one day, I don't have to! Some days are really quiet so I can just potter about doing promotional work and taking pictures, but I do have days though when I am really busy and can be working from 7.30 in the morning until gone midnight.
I am just in the process of setting up another site to sell other people's work on consignment basis, so am juggling my time between that and Ji Ji Kiki, which can get a bit stressful. I wouldn't change it for the world though!
What is the item in your shop you enjoyed making the most and why?
I love all of them, especially the Ji Ji Kiki Vintage range as I just think it's so pretty and it's probably the items that I get the most compliments for :)
I have just launched a new range called 'Reconstructed', which is a collection of one-off pieces made using broken and vintage items. I like the idea of taking something old with some history and story behind it and using it to create a completely new piece.
And Now for the Give Away:
Emma is offering this amazing necklace to one lucky person!!
GIVE AWAY & RULES:
The rules are the same as always:
*Go to Emma's shop:
