I used to wear a lot of jewelry, but since having the boys, my body thinks it can only wear 10K or higher jewelry, so I haven't really been wearing any. There are so many wonderful earrings, necklaces and bracelets on the net - but the majority of them are in silver or cheap gold. Thank goodness for fused glass jewelry!! Finally - something that is beautiful and that won't give me a rash :)

Here is some of the story behind the company:

In late 2005, Kerri Lawnsby designed her first pendant in a fused glass class in Austin...and was hooked! Within a month her husband was already asking "What are we going to do with all this jewelry?" The next day FOXY Fusions was born.

"I love seeing people wearing my designs," says Kerri. "I'm always thrilled that people will put a piece of my art on their bodies...that's a huge compliment!

Kerri's designs are inspired by current fashion trends, paintings, fine craft, and people-watching. She lives in the Austin area with her two grade-school sons, teenage daughter, and husband of 17 years.

They have the most amazing pendants in Rectangles, or in Circles. The color variety and mixtures are amazing! They also carry Earrings in rectangles or circles. Do you need some Wine Markers? Or maybe you like to wear Rings. There is a wonderful variety of beautiful Bracelets, Cuff links and Card Cases too.

This is my first fused glass pendant, and I can see why Kerry got addicted to making them :) It's Beautiful!! The whole process of making one of these fascinates me and I hope one day to be able to watch someone in the process of creating such an amazing piece of glass jewelry! What will I wear it with first?
